Privacy
Short version: no cookies, no ads, no tracking across sites.
Visit counts
This site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn’t set cookies or use your browser’s local storage, and it doesn’t follow you to other sites. It tells me things like how many people viewed a page, which pages they came from, and roughly what country and kind of device they used.
What this site doesn’t do
- No cookies, from this site or anyone else, until you press play on a video or recording.
- No advertising and no Google Analytics.
- No forms, accounts or newsletter, so I never ask for your name or email address.
Videos and recordings
The video preview images are stored on this site. Nothing loads from YouTube or SoundCloud until you press play. When you do, the player comes from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) or SoundCloud, and their own privacy policies apply from then on. Links marked “Opens on YouTube” or “Opens on SoundCloud” take you to those sites.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
